Mandatory Units
Learners must complete the four mandatory units
- Climate Change, Sustainability and the Science of Retrofit – Developing knowledge and understanding of global warming and climate change.
- Installation Guidance for Retrofit Advisors – Understanding of the retrofit process and the involvement of various stakeholders at different stages.
- Communication for Retrofit Advice – Understanding of communication principles and their effectiveness in relation to different channels of communication.
Core Retrofit Advisor Skills and Behaviours – Understanding in how to promote a positive workplace culture
How You Will Learn
This course is online via Teams and over two days.
There is a multiple choice quiz in the second session to pass the qualification.
Eligibility
- There are no formal entry requirements for learners undertaking this qualification, however, experience in the construction industry would be a benefit.
